01 — Highlights

02 — Itinerary
Day
01
Morning departure from Arusha with your Aloha Africa guide. Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park — groundwater forest, open grassland and seasonal flamingos, with tree-climbing lions, baboons and elephants. Lunch in the park, then on to your accommodation.

02
After breakfast, cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti and descend onto the golden grasslands of 'Siringet'. Game drive on the way to your accommodation.

03
A full day in the Serengeti, covering several areas to see the Big Five and great herds of wildebeest and zebra.

04
A second full day in the Serengeti to go deeper: follow the migration, travel to more remote areas or spend longer watching predators.

05
After breakfast, leave the Serengeti for Ngorongoro. Descend 600 metres for a game drive on the crater floor — black rhino, lion, elephant, buffalo and hippo. Lunch at a campsite in the crater, then on to your accommodation.

06
After breakfast, transfer to Tarangire National Park. In the dry season huge numbers of animals gather at the Tarangire River — elephant families and giraffes walking among giant baobabs. Lunch at a picnic site, dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

07
A final morning game drive to savour Tarangire, then return to Arusha in the afternoon.
